This month’s headline article is “1913 – 2013. Bluff Heights Homes Turn 100″, a fantastic look into our neighborhood homes that are 100 years old (or older!). We are highlighting five homes and their owners that deserve special recognition.

Other articles focus on On Broadway Merchants, Mann Elementary School, Councilmember’s Corner and Spring Cleaning and Gardening.

Immanuel Church Community Meeting

Bluff Heights Neighborhood Association Announcement

Community Meeting
To be held at the Immanuel Church
Saturday, January 12 at 10:00 am
304 Obispo Avenue, Corner of 3rd Street

Please be our guest…

The Planning Commission met on December 20 to discuss the future of the Immanuel Church located on the corner of 3rd & Obispo. Concerns were raised during that meeting so BHNA invited the applicant, Thomas Safran & Associates, to attend a community meeting to address the matter with our residents. We would like to invite you to attend a meeting to allow Thomas Safran & Associates to present the project as reviewed by the Planning Commission. They will then answer any questions related to the project.

The meeting date is January 12 at 10:00 am at the Immanuel Church.

Thank you for your participation.  Hope to see you there.
